Letter to the Belgian Minister of Health from the Civil Society Forum
On the occasion of the Belgian Minister of Health address to theXVIII International AIDS Forum that will take place from 18-23 July2010 in Vienna, the Chairmen of the Civil Society Forum on HIV/AIDShave sent a letter to the Minister describing the main issues thatconcern Europe and neighbouring countries on HIV/AIDS.
